You can register now at to benefit from discounted rates (please note that participants should be able to bear all their own costs).

More information about the Forum, including the programme, practical information, etc., is available at From now on, you will find on the Forum pages regular updates on special features such as the speakers’ profiles, networking opportunities with participants from over 80 countries and highlights and special events during the Forum.

More importantly, the Forum will bring you into contact with hot topics and interesting perspectives on the role of ethics in higher education institutions, taught not only as an academic subject, but also as an applied topic in a multi-disciplinary arena. Speakers during the Forum will talk about the challenges facing academia in their teaching and research activities, under the pressure of the increasing demand for higher performance from both future graduates and the economy as well as the threat of new competition with new management models and alternative methods of teaching. There are also issues of concern around rankings based on criteria that are threatening the quality of research and independent thinking. During the two and a half days programme, the Forum will bring together academia and administrators from the top universities in our network to present their views during the plenary sessions. More in-depth discussion will then be moderated and stimulated by other speakers and participants in the 12 workshops organised on the different themes with a focus on four aspects: teaching, research, governance and society.

Don’t miss this golden opportunity to be part of this important event, in the heart of the international Geneva.
